We had a great stay at Omarama Top 10. We thought we would try somewhere different and this was great for a few days away. The campsite owners are really helpful and friendly and really took the time out to ensure we had a good stay. They have clearly made such an effort to get the park back up to speed after the flooding of 2022. There are lots of lovely little touches, like the herb garden planted outside the BBQ area. The camp kitchen was well-serviced and immaculately clean. We stayed in a 1-bed motel unit which was spacious, clean and warm, with fabulous afternoon sun. We had fun exploring around Omarama with a ride on the Alps to Ocean trail, and a visit to the clay cliffs (I’ve driven past many, many times, and never taken the turnoff!! Worth the visit). And when we were ready for some kid-friendly time the campsite had more than enough to offer, with go-karts, a treasure hunt, a really good playground (with jumping pillow) and mini golf. I had been a bit worried about the road-noise as I am a very light sleeper, but it hardly bothered me at all. I highly recommend Top 10 Omarama and we will come again.

Awesome playground. Clean facilities. Huge powered sites. Short walk to toilets or kitchen. Loved our stay with family and friends , can’t wait to come back

We were welcomed very friendly by the Dutch ( Friesland) host. He had opened the flooding canal to the pond, so forels could swim in from the greater river. He took time to explain what he was doing and how he came to New Zealand. He gave advise where we could go the next day. It was a very beatiful hike at Denmore lake peninsula with a magnificent view at the lake.

Beautifully kept holiday park, the showers etc were all really clean and the facilities were well maintained. Children's play area was great and had shade cover too. One of the best ones that we have stayed in and a great location for a stop over. Thanks

Amazing play area for children with jumpy pillow and shade sails, tube's are provided to float down the river, and trikes available to hire, always clean with great facilties and friendly staff

felt unwelcomed when we went here wasn’t the best experience. when paying over $180 for 3 nights you expect a lot better service then what was provided
