We stayed on the second floor. The room was reasonably spacious, and we were able to read at the desk. My wife, who hates unit baths and is sensitive to smells, was pleased that there was no unpleasant smell at all. There was a free drink corner in the lounge on the first floor, and they had water with lemon and espresso coffee. There was jazz playing, and the atmosphere was very good. The bed, including the pillow, was extremely comfortable! The breakfast had a variety and volume that you wouldn't expect for free, and we were also very satisfied. We would like to stay at a Comfort Hotel again!

The service staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and they also help solve small problems. On the night of check-in, some girls talked loudly in the middle of the night. The soundproofing is just average.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff was amazing and the place was super clean. We were on a bikepacking trip and they even allowed us to bring our bikes into the room, which was very convenient. The Nepalese chef deserves special mention for preparing amazing food for us. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and enjoyable accommodation.

Hotel location should be the biggest advantage, about five minutes walk from the river Basaka Station. The hotel staff is very professional and welcoming.
The hotel's breakfast is a traditional Japanese rice side dish, simple but the taste is quite satisfactory. Other aspects are standard business hotels, if you are on a business trip, you can choose.

Because it was Saturday, I did not book a twin room. I booked two single rooms and designated non-smoking rooms. There are not many non-smoking rooms in this hotel, so my single non-smoking room is on the 5th floor. Building, curiosity to visit the 10th floor, there is a strong smell of smoke, fortunately, I have a designated non-smoking room, breakfast is rich, absolutely full
