Отель расположен на Иртышской набережной. Оптимальное соотношение цена-качество. Недалеко от Цирка и жд вокзала. Номер компактный, зато все есть - кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор, фен, wi-fi и т.д. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз, раньше это была гостиница "Омск". Все устраивает.

Первый раз была полтора года назад, в этот раз приехала вновь. Уже результат. Завтраки в этот раз не брала. Сняла номер категории бизнес с большой кроватью. В номере чисто, все приветливые - прекрасно! Путешествую с собакой, доплата за нее 1000р в сутки. Но Омск в целом так устроен не с фиксированной ставкой за животное, а в сутки - поэтому имеет место быть. Заселили с ранним заездом. Паковка всегда есть. В июне вернусь точно!

Вприцепи отель хороший. Но.. Тут очень слышно людей из других номеров. Также везде ползут насекомые такие как: пауки и тд.. А так отель не плохой. Ну ещё минус что тут номера маленькие. Еда тут тоже не очень, как по мне

Отель НЕ для отдыха. Шумоизоляция отсутствует. А, чтобы закрыть дверь, когда уходишь из номера, требуется её захлопнуть. И все хлопки дверей соседей слышны в течение дня и ночи. Этажом ниже идет ремонт, и КАЖДЫЙ день нашего проживания несколько часов работал перфоратор. На вопрос к работникам ресепшн о том, почему нас при бронировании не предупреждали о ремонте, нам сказали, что на ресепшн висит объявление о ремонте. Откуда мы могли узнать эту информацию, находясь в другом городе, не уточнили. В наш заезд заселились школьники и расслелились по всему нашему этажу. И в течение всего дня они бегали по коридору, орали, хлопали дверьми, слушали музыку. На просьбу переселить нас в другой номер, ресепшн пообещали связаться с их тренером. Но ничего не изменилось. Помимо этого, нам дали номер с видом на мусор под окном (не мусорку, а именно мусор, разбросанный под окном). Из-за того, что мы планировали в отеле ОТДЫХАТЬ, но отдых здесь невозможен, на второй день проживания мы попросили вернуть деньги и выехали в другой отель. Впервые посетили Омск. Впервые были в отеле сети Амакс. Больше никогда в этой сети не остановлюсь и никому не советую.

Вроде бы все сносно, завтраки умеренные, ужины умеренные - все средне. мебель в порядке, сантехника не уставшая. Запаха нет. Все бы отлично но есть одно! приехал по работе, очень надо было поработать в тишине и сосредоточиться, спокойно спать. Но не в этом отеле - стены между номерами из ГИПСКОРАТОНА!!!!! отель полный военных, озлобленных людей - которые пьют, матерятся, громко слушают свои телефоны. за стенкой моей жили такие - ощущение что я в их комнате участвую, стоит такой МАТ, такой ор, свою стременную музыку включают, громко разговаривают, ржут. что в итоге в 03.00 наконец я смог уснуть, в 6.30 благодаря соседям и их музыке вновь бодрствовал. Короче сосредоточиться и спокойно отдохнуть перед работой вам не удастся - это АД, я таких номер ни когда не видел не слышал. Ни в коем случае не экономьте на этом отеле, не смотрите на завтраки и на обеды - бегите отсюда и не смейте сюда заселяться. Отвратительное место. Не берите - не берите ради бога. Успокоить соседей конечно ни кто не может, и звонил на респешн. и просил самих соседей успокоиться и стучал им в стенку и кричал через стенку. Ресепшн переселять и не думает, на фиг тут ни кому вы не нужны.

Известный сетевой отель , 5 минут на такси от жд вокзала ! Соотношение цена качество на уровне я считаю ! На набережной Иртыша с видом на реку и мост ! Завтрак показался очень даже достойным ! Рекомендую для недолгих рабочих поездок !
