I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

Very disappointing stay. Except for very good wifi there's little that's good here. Room is not comfortable and poorly arranged. Need to walk through galley kitchen to get to bathroom. Bathroom is tiny, even for Japan. It has cooking facilities, but need to request extras such as plates, spoons, etc. They did not provide extra glasses/cups so stuck with one bathroom cup for entire stay. Not that it matters as nearest supermarket is over 30 minutes drive. Front office staff sent us to Lawsons (like 7-11) which was a 10-minute walk down the hill. Bedroom smelled like mold, even after running the AC. They charge extra for many things that are normally standard. Nespresso machine in room, but they charge extra for capsules. No possibility of late checkout with out more charges. Staff did not know where we could rent or book snorkeling trips.They sent us to a pretty bad beach. It was close, but there are so many other nicer options. There is also no breakfast or other food service on site except for cup noodles, soda, etc.
