This hotel is an older property that doesn't quite live up to the standard you'd expect from an Intercontinental hotel in a major city. While the rooms are dated, the hotel's beach and pool are great amenities, and there are fireworks displays in some of the nights at the pool. The hotel can get quite crowded, especially during peak summer season when I visited. With only 2 elevators servicing all floors, be prepared to wait a bit to get to your room. The breakfast options are varied, 3 restaurants each offering different breakfast - Western, Japanese, and local Okinawan selections, but they tend to be very busy in the mornings. The local staff were friendly, though the foreign staff could be less than polite in their interactions. Overall, itl is an aging property that doesn't quite live up to the Intercontinental brand, but the great outdoor facilities and location make it an acceptable choice for a stay in the area.

An old hotel, with very big rooms and nice views, the location of the hotel is a little bit far away from anything. In any case, for resting, it is worth. Be ready to go up and down the hill (the hotel is on top of a hill) if you want to go out for strolling the beach, restaurants or the like. Being in the middle of nowhere sometimes has its advantages. Relatively convenient bus stops down the trail connects you with Naha/airport in about 1h45min for budget option, 1:15 min for a limousine bus and maybe just 1h for a private/rental car. It is a place to rest, and that's it. Do not expect a fancy service. The Japanese has their own rules regarding cleaning time and tea music in the afternoon, so if you are a foreigner, expect shocking situations such as bedding exchange time (there is a schedule for that), tea music time at 5 (which in case you get a nap for whatever reasons (i.e diving) it can make you wonder what´s going on (not just in the lobby, but in your room as well) and okinawa typical folklore music until 8 every day in the afternoon. If you have to sleep a while because of exhausting day, it could be relatively annoying. In any case, for the price it has, it is okay.

Really perfect for family!! Although it is very expensive in summer, you will not regret booking! Very nice and fun swimming pools, my kid can spend whole day in the swimming pool. We also joined snorkeling and banana boat at the hotel marine center. Strongly recommend staying for at least 3 days or else you won’t have enough time to use all hotel facilities.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Your options at the hotel are dependent on what “level” you have which is dependent on how many nights you stay (?) and what color card you are given to wear around your neck. This information is based on our family having stayed five nights with a gold card. Pros – Nice beach, free lounge chairs and umbrella (gold card), free breach towels, free activities such as the banana boat ride (gold card), and the “glass bottom boat ride (gold card), free mask and snorkel for both adults and kids! The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

The hotel decoration is a little old, but it is very clean and gives people a very comfortable feeling! The public facilities are comparable to 5 stars, and the restaurant, swimming pool, beach, and rest area are all great; the hotel has a particularly strong natural atmosphere, and the dense vegetation is the result of years of maintenance; there are two indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the hotel, and the white sand beach has fine sand. The only ”regret” is that it has been calm and there are no waves these days. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast included in the hotel can be replaced with a buffet lunch, and snow crabs can be eaten to your heart's content. Children under 5 years old are free, and you can directly use the ”meal ticket” to eat in the morning or at noon. In terms of transportation, the airport's LIM-C or LIM-CD can reach the hotel entrance, which is convenient for back and forth, and you need to buy a ticket. As for the shortcomings mentioned in some reviews, such as the curtains not blocking light, low water pressure, etc., the problems do exist but are acceptable. I wake up naturally at 8 am Japan time and 7 am Beijing time every day. The only thing worth noting is that the air conditioning in the room is very cold, and those who are afraid of cold need to pay attention. One of the very good experiences so far is worth writing so many words!

Breakfast is very rich, be sure to try croissants. There is a parking lot, and the welcoming brother also picks up the car for parking. Some floors have washing machines 200 times with washing powder, the swimming pool has warm and cold water, there is a hot tub, there are paid bathrooms, and the rooms have two beds and two spare beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate from the wardrobe. The check-in is Japanese and there is no Chinese service.

Halekulani Okinawa has definitely exceeded our expectations, mainly by the following reasons: Service: The hotel offered great first impressions to us, as mango smoothies were offered to us during check in, which was a nice touch to the experience of having a tropical feel even before exploring the whole resort. Also, we were given a free upgrade by the hotel workers, which definitely leveled up our experience. Design: The hotel has used the same design as the resort in Hawaii, including the signature orchid flower pool. This really made our family feel like we have been instantly transported into a tropical paradise. The hotel has also been designed to mix in with the spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Size of the hotel: Halekulani has a total of 5 pools, 2 blocks of buildings, which gives us a good time to actually explore the hotel instead of knowing what’s where in one single glance.

The aqua sense next door was very good, so I stayed at the hotel building of Kafu Resort this time. Unlike general hotels, the lobby has a separate sofa with curtains, so I think it's comfortable. Day bed? There are also, and I saw couples lying down relaxing and families consulting about sightseeing. The elevator hall is indoors and passes through the atrium corridor to get to the room. It was good because it was a room nearby, but I trembled in this cold wave (laughs), but the door of the room does not face the corridor, so it is battan! It is devised so that the door does not close. You can relax with barefoot (of course, slippers are available) by rubbing your shoes at the entrance, which is convenient because an umbrella is also available for the number of people. Since it is a suite, the bedroom is separate. The bed was large and I slept well. There is a large TV in the living room where you can watch Netflix, and you can relax on the sofa. It had a kitchen. We didn't have meals in the room, but we can also borrow electrical appliances, so if you have a small child, I think it would be nice to have a good plan. Refrigerator (with freezer) microwave oven, kettle pot and Dolce are fully equipped. You can also rent a rice cooker and a set of tableware, but it may not be possible if you don't have inventory. And up to ４ points per room. We recommend that you check the support items in advance. There was a day bed on the veranda, and I took a nap if it wasn't cold (laughs) I'm working on any hotel now, but of course I refused cleaning. I usually get a １０００ yen hotel coupon, but now I get a ２０００ yen hotel coupon. You can replenish towels, amenities, and collect garbage! We got ４０００ yen in ２ days. The Kafu is very conscientious because other hotels do not change towels or replenish equipment! Meals include Japanese food in the annex building and Western food in the hotel building. They also serve a cart, but I walked trembling and went to Japanese food. Pork shabu-shabu! !! We have a pot with soup on the table, so we take vegetables and meat and shabu-shabu. If you are more than ３ people, you will prepare a pot ２, so if you divide it into vegetables and pork, you can eat it deliciously without being disturbed by the accent. The sauce is sesame and ponzu. There are also Ryukyu cuisine, so you can have a fun meal that you can't think of as a breakfast. The next day, I lost the cold and made it a Western food in the hotel building. I'm glad I came ～ !! It's delicious here too! The number of items is not large, but it is carefully made. Red potatoes are delicious. I went there the next day, but the soup changed to minestrone to clam chowder. You can also make taco rice and bagel sandwiches. There are also many toppings. The staff here are very friendly. There was a deli on the ２ floor of the hotel building. Unfortunately I never used it, but it looked very delicious. I will eat next time! BBQ blue is also the best. I used it for my daughter's birthday celebration, but I was delighted to have a birthday plate with incense fireworks. I have already booked ４ Moon, ５ Moon, but location, price, especially meals! I found the best hotel.
