Los Angeles is really big, and it’s blocked when it’s blocked. The reason for staying here is that I have been to Los Angeles N times. This location is convenient for both Outlet and Las Vegas. The hotel itself is also very convenient in a big shopping mall.

The breakfast was terrible and obviously covid has caused them to close down the bar and happy hour, and the pool. But the price did not go down. Sucks for us that got spoiled before covid. Everything else was great. Happy new year

The hotel is relatively new and very close to Ontario Airport, which is very convenient for catching an early flight the next day. I saw a shuttle bus to the airport. Parking at the hotel is very convenient, and it is safer to see security guards patrolling the parking lot at night to prevent thieves.

The environment is okay and the hotel is large. Lots of rows. Close to the airport and Ten Gate Outlet. When I got to the room, I found that the toilet was broken. I called someone to fix it quickly. The coffee bag is open, it's leftover from the previous customer... Breakfast is simple, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and coffee.

Service was good espc front desk. However, our room has dented walls, pet fur, plus toilet bowl was shaking when sat on it. As we had a packed schedule, there was no time to feedback to reception. Bathoom door was old and peeling. Forgot to take pics as verification. Rooms needed refurbished. Was staying in Rm 809 for 2 nites.

The hotel environment is very good, with many flowers and trees around, and there is an outlet not far away for shopping. There are also many places to eat, no homeless people, and good public security. But no one came to clean the hotel.
