We were made to feel extremely unwelcome on arrival by a very rude receptionist. I had written in advance to say we would be arriving late, but before 22:00. I was assured this would be fine and that the reception would remain open until 22:00. We arrived at 21:00 and we're told we were lucky to be let in as he was about to go home. We had travelled for 15 hours and were very thirsty. I asked if there were was anywhere to get a drink and was told, "no, there is nothing". I asked if there was anywhere close by and was told, "it is a very small place, you can take a look around if you like, but there is nothing". There is no means at all of obtaining drinking water other than from the bathroom tap. The room was chilly with an inadequate duvet. Inadequate and disappointing. We most definitely will not be returning.

The room is spacious and clean, but it needs: 1- a minibar or fridge. 2- Kettle and/or coffee machine. 3- Water bottles. Overall, it was a very good experience taking in consideration the room rate which is very good value compared to other hotels in the area.

Nice hotel, located just 10' outside of Nijmegen. We stayed there for 1 night while enjoying a concert in Nijmegen. It's nice to stay a bit outside of the busy city. Prices were more than half of the prices in Nijmegen. So don't expect the same quality or experience. Room was clean and all you need for 1 night. Breakfast was served in buffet style and was plenty for us. Located close to the German border it also offers some amazing walking close to the river 'Waal.

Stopped here for couple of nights. The hotel is quite nice, clean, has a restaurant. Located in a small village near the border with Germany. Hotel employees were very friendly, help with every questions. There are some picturesque roots to walk and admire the river.

I am very disappointed in the service at the Fletcher Hotels. To make a very long story short: We made a booking via a bongo voucher, left on holiday, arrived at our hotel at 10 am and were told that the hotel was completely full. While we had simply made a booking. I had all the evidence of it with me. But the gentleman at the counter didn't even want to look at this. They also did not join in the search for a solution. There we were, at 10 p.m. at night, just standing on the street. We wanted to call around in the lobby to find a solution, but we were just thrown out there too. Could we please leave the hotel... We then drove 1.5 hours back home. I have emailed for this. The staff member was spoken to and we received compensation. I have been working on this compensation for several weeks now and it now appears that we are not receiving what we were promised as compensation at all. They tell us that there are many blisters. I feel very unfairly treated and will therefore never book anything with Fletcher again.

In the morning to breakfast. Nice buffet. That's true! First coffee. There will be a wait, there is a queue. There is 1 coffee machine for I don't know how many people. Tea, that's not going to work for him either. Because the hot water comes from the same machine.....phew. We won't go here anymore. Price-wise, this is very expensive. Still back to a 'normal' bed and breakfast.

After spending 2 nights in this hotel, I came home broken. Beds soft and saggy! Certainly not suitable for the disabled. Door closers in the hallway and room door are adjusted so stiffly that it is difficult to open the doors, especially for disabled people. Far too small a parking lot, no parking spaces available after 10 p.m. in the evening. There are 2 parking spaces with charging stations at the entrance of the hotel, but a disabled parking space has not been considered. This was reported to reception, but the response was only laconic. Rooms are quite noisy. For us it was once but never again.

No one at reception upon arrival, no one came, had to look for it ourselves. CV defective after 1 day, after complaining by us, there was hardly any response, the technical service would come the next day after 11:00. 2nd evening the hotel entrance door was locked and our card to open it did not work. Once again there was no one at reception and I called a 06 number, found via the internet, to have an employee open the door. He simply replied "yes, when I'm cleaning I lock everything" and "the card often doesn't work".
