Location was neighbour hill at Ooty called elkhill, so auto charges 200 to climb. But worth the view from the resort, it's majestic view of Ooty, especially at night.
Hotel food was decent, South Indian available only for breakfast. Staffs were friendly. There is children play area. Camp fire is provided for 800rs extra charge. Cabs service is available right at the Hotel itself. Clean place. TV alone, I could see only Vijay tv as useful Tamil channel. But good speed wifi was provided to browse mobile / Laptop. WhatsApp group was provided to key in any issues and they immediately address it.

the experience was not good not worth the price at all. there is no intercom to order, the vibe was missing. molds in the rooms. I suggest them to improve its quality of service .

Property is nice, but inside rooms need maintenance, because rooms are having damp, and less ventilation. And a smell also bed-sheets, quilts and pillow covers are not that clean, other than that property and position is very good.

Only good part of the stay is location. Its is located on top of a hill. They need to improvise in a lot of stuff. Behaviour with guest, food, service everything was bad. Its not worth the price you pay. Friend groups can be manage but for family stay its a big no.

The hotel's location was stunning and breathtaking. However, the condition of the hotel room was very poor, with unclean bedsheets and a bathroom in a terrible state. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly and supportive, and the food was excellent.
