Mango hill shola is a good resort. Ambiance is good. Staff is very polite and supportive. Food varieties are there but they need to improve on quality and taste.. they have all basic amenities but need to place in such a way so that guests can access easily instead of of asking every time.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay with my family.The rooms assigned to us were very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring our rooms were spotless throughout our stay.The restaurant service was exceptional and most of staffs were extremely polite, friendly, and eager to help, making our stay truly memorable.Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Mango Shola Hill Resort in Ooty and it was a great experience. The hotel is located very near to Ooty Lake and just a 10 minute drive from the railway station. I had initially booked a Studio room (which is a basement room) but they kindly upgraded me to a Junior Suite. I would suggest opting for a Deluxe or Junior Suite for a better experience. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were really helpful, courteous, and professional. A special thanks to Harikrishnan and Mani for assisting with the check-in and arranging everything smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Ooty.

Nice hotel. Nice views. Good environment. Especially mr Biswal is excellent in his work and take care of all things. Reception people are also friendly..... my kids enjoyed lot in this place... It is a new hotel.... Our stay was excellent..

I had an amazing stay! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The scenic beauty of the surroundings was breathtaking, offering a perfect escape into nature. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, making the stay truly enjoyable. The food was exceptional, with a special mention for the tandoori dishes—they were absolutely mouthwatering. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to visit again!
