The room was ok. But the bathroom was not superb clean. There was no hot water available after 10 am which made it difficult to freshen up in evening after trips. It was located close to many tourist places which is a great plus and the staff were supportive.

Location is good food not upto the mark can have food at street vendors present near by cab service available for local sight seeing lift not available

Hotel room maintenance was not appropriate. No kettle provided in room. However, on demanding hot water was provided. Geyser was also not provisioned in bathroom.

Situated in the heart of ooty, hotel blue bird boasts a prime location with easy access to popular attractions such as the botanical gardens and ooty lake. The hotel's rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was not as clean as we expected. We found a cockroach in our room and we were upset. The room was not value for money. There is no hot water facility at night in this hotel. Also bottled water is not provided in this room. Also tea/coffee/milk bags were not provided to us.
