Good bed to sleep on had a very comfortable night to spend with friends would love to come back again in Ooty and I will make sure that my stay should be here and all amenities were readily available to me and my friends so that made my trip experience much much good

staff is very good and polite ,room is very neat and clean,supportive area is 10 out of 10 stay feel’s like home must visit ,food is also very good near by ooty bus stand cleanness 10 area 10 staff 10 food 9 arvind is very helping and support so go nd enjoy ur visit

Good stay went for a shot break to relax Pleasant four. day stay. Hotel is cleans and smells wonderful. Wonderful and cheerful hospitality by front desk and housekeeping department. Would come back again. Thank you whole team recommended place to everyone

The hotel is a nightmare from food to room service . I would never stay in this hotel even if I am paid to stay in this hotel . Food , bad smell , staff arogance .... All the candidates of my training left the the hotel and food from day 1 and stayed in our pocket expense ..............

Horrible experience worst staff service highly dirty unhygienic rooms..the washrooms were not cleaned properly and the buffet dinner had no food..the staff were rude and arrogant..my one day experience was so bad that I had to change my stay

Nice stay very cooperative staffs and lovely welcome. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with good service, very very neat and clean rooms. Well trained staff with smily and lovely care. Must visit this hotel once again with my family. Actually I came for the business next time will surely bring our family
