A very beautiful, new hotel with exceptional, high-end furniture pieces. Wonderful ambiance and interior. Excellent breakfast and an outstanding dinner. I highly recommend the half-board option. A three-course menu, but with very generous portions and top-quality, delicious food. The hotel truly impressed us, and we will definitely return. + Reasonably priced coffee - No coffee machine in the room

The hotel is new, very clean and nicely located. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We are staying at the hotel for one night, but we have encountered multiple issues with the hotel. I will start with the worst one and work my way up to the best one. 1. We were told that we would have private parking, but when we arrived in the evening, tired, we found that public parking was available, which is 200-300m uphill, because their parking was already full! This is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 2. The staff at reception were rude and did not assist us with any of our requests. 3. We asked for an additional mattress for the sofa, but they said they didn't have one. Additionally, they didn't have a thin blanket, only a thick double one. 4. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the main street, and is VERY loud at night. If you can sleep with closed windows, then that's fine, but otherwise, you won't sleep. At 2:00 AM, a car passes by every 10 seconds near the hotel (I measured it). 5. Rooms don't have a terrace, but have large windows, even in the toilet(!!) 6. They charged us an additional 50€ upon arrival for some protection (how does this sound to you as a guest?), and yet, 5 days later, it was still not returned to my account. 7. The breakfast was pretty basic in all senses, not much to select from. All in all, a big disappointment for us, even though we were there only for one night. We expected a lot more for a 400e per night hotel. There are many better options in Opatija; do a bit of research and avoid our mistake.

Visited with my family for a brief stay around Easter. The pros: brand new facilities and comfortable bedrooms, great service and the spa was a nice comprise, the indoor pool was excellent along with the sauna. The cons, or perhaps areas for improvement: the breakfast offering was slightly disappointing, they’ve gone for style over substance; lots of little pots and pre-prepared plates but the quality was poor and the space very cramped. Maybe it’s my personal preference but i’d prefer some decent Greek yogurt rather than all the little pots of stuff they had on offer, and leaving out hot dishes to get cold put me off a bit; the other thing which they are apparently working on is the bus station right outside which ruins the view somewhat and is noisy at night. Apparently they have plans for it to be relocated but for now it’s a bit of an eye sore.

Hotel is excellent! We arrived and before we left the car, concierge was there to take our luggage and park the car for us. Check in was very fast and simple. Josip at the front desk was amazing, at check in and at check out. Breakfast is top notch, food is delicious and staff is excellent, especially Ljiljana which went over and beyond every morning! Rooftop bar is great for a nice drink with fantastic view! We went to SPA and OMG- huge pool and relaxation area is amazing! Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and barrooms are great! We couldn’t fault anything in this hotel and would def be back! Davor as a GM is a real gent and should be very proud of his staff and himself as can’t complain how this hotel is run!
