Good environment, beautiful scenery

Beautiful single-family house "Villa sunset view", 2 storeys, built in 2023. 2.3 km from the centre of Senj, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 1.1 km from the sea, 1.1 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 760 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, hot tub, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: internet access, sauna, table football, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Oct. - 01.May.. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. very nice and quiet location, very clean, balcony with a real sea view and a shady terrace, the access to the sea belonging to the apartment was very nice. Unfortunately WiFi not so good. No problem with dogs.

Four of us were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed where no one would bother us and we could be a little louder. The house was perfect for that and the 25 minute drive to the city didn't bother us. All in all, a successful vacation.
