Motel 6 Opelika Al

The rooms are very clean and smells great . Their king size beds are huge and comfortable. It’s walking distance to several restaurants. Front desk clerk was very helpful during check in . Will definitely be coming back to stay again really soon.

If you want to stay here, I suggest writing in your reservation that you need a room with hot water, working heat or A/, and a mini fridge if you want one. We have stayed in 3 rooms here and never had all that. First room had no mini fridge so we were moved to a room with no hot water. Second stay, we had hot water and a mini fridge but no heat, and since the weather was in the 20's F this was not good. Also the metal of the furniture was heavily rusted, the ironing board was filthy. And the towels had holes in them, but otherwise the rooms were nice and reasonably clean (floors could have been better.) The Caucasian front desk lady was nice and tried to do her best. The Indians were rude on the phone, including hanging up on us for no reason as well as for a long time refusing to answer the night bell despite giving told s in advance late arrival was okay, but were all right in person. As poor a story as this motel is, others in the area seem worse, from reviews, so I am not saying necessarily to stay away.
