Dinner Buffet was on alternating days. Almost non-existent pool waiter. Limited Lunch time window. Tipping is frowned & need to be sneaky to tip.
Having to use refill H2O bottles since they use water stations instead, this is inconvenient to the vacationer. Worn down resort.

Of all the places my husband and I have visited, this was by far our favorite vacation. This resort provides a stress-free, quiet, intimate stay in a breathtaking setting with the most amazing staff we have ever had the privilege of meeting. We met so many wonderful people during our weeks’ stay (both staff and guests). The beach is truly one-of-a-kind and is just steps away from your room. We decided to try night snorkeling while we were there and it was a truly amazing experience. Upon leaving, my husband and I were already discussing how soon we could return.

It's a very nice place to get away and relax. It was nice to have transportation to and from the airport. The rooms were very nice. The food could have been a little better.
But overall, it was a nice getaway.

We loved our stay at Couples Negril. The room was great, the food at Otaheiti was awesome, and the beach was beautiful. I’m not sure how this place can get bad reviews but I saw a few before our stay. DO NOT believe them. Great place!

Beautiful resort on the beach. Our stay included Free transportation to/from Montego Bay airport to the resort. Rooms were clean, resort staff was accommodating. Only improvements I would recommend is more dining options. We had an amazing time, would return again!
