Universal properties in Orange County

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Epic, and they offer shuttle services to both the new and old parks. The staff were all very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the dining options are a bit limited; it would be great if there were more restaurants and choices.

The hotel was so good Epic is close I paid my deposit twice for a day. I checked out with confidence because I thought it would be canceled. (USA is almost self-check-out) A week later, more than $400 has been paid by card. Too absurd 😡😡 Epic Universal eats and talks right away and doesn't spend 0 won at the hotel !!!!! I'm waiting for you because I'm actively responding to Trip.com ㅠ

That is the best hotel I stayed in Orlando. It is very close to universal studios Epic park. Unfortunately they don’t have one close to Disney world. Otherwise I would book it all the way for the 9 days trip. Great location clean and mordern design. Especially front desk people are very professional. I’m from texas. I don’t know anything here. So the front desk gentleman he is friendly telling us where to the pool where is our room at and where is breakfast and what time etc. awesome ! Only one thing I wish the dinning area have some pasta that would be great. Oatmeal bowl is great Sweet potatoes fries great ….. some food are just ok. They have laundry room roughly $4.25. Very good. Water filter place is great. Swimming pool is great and clean. Guards are very responsible. I hope this hotel spread more business . I would go for this hotel any location .

The hotel is very big and our Room was on the other side of the lobby area but we had pool in the yard and a quiet Room so it was very nice. Also the service was good and you could just text to the reseption any request or questions and they answered quickly. We met Gru in the lobby one day, i dont know how much characters visit the hotel but it was nice to meet Gru. Overall We were happy with our stay.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

I booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a two-bedroom with three beds! It was so spacious for just one person. The official hotel shuttle was practically on-demand, no waiting at all. The restaurant in the lobby has really long operating hours, so you'll never go hungry. Plus, staying at an official hotel means early access to the park, which was a huge bonus. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Although it's an Inn, it's definitely a cut above your average Inn. They offer free shuttle services to a few parks, and you can get early access to Epic at 9 AM and Islands of Adventure at 8 AM just by using your room key. Even on your check-out day, you can still use the early park admission; just let them know at check-out that you'd like to keep your room key. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and a shop selling food and drinks, and across the street, you'll find a KFC and a Walgreens. There's also a direct bus to downtown, which is pretty convenient.

The hotel is so beautiful, very holiday feeling, the color of the Italian town, the intoxicating lake scenery and water birds, the convenient water taxi (directly to the two old parks), the rich buffet (fruit, freshly squeezed juice, bread, eggs, taste good), plus points. Each tenant in two days has unlimited times of the world's two old parks (that is, the room card), so that we have the willfulness to go without worrying about it, especially the early check in, and also gave us the room, the attitude is very good, even if there is no room, you can also store it for free, Take the room card (Express) to the park. The room is big enough, the twin bed can sleep 2 big and 2 small. The disadvantage is that the water taxi is affected by the weather. It will be out of service when you come back at night. You must go a long way to wait for the shuttle bus (it is best to confirm your hotel with the driver, because it is shared with other hotels, don't get on the wrong car); Going to Epic Paradise is far away, waiting for the car for a while, it is recommended to ask the time in advance, it feels like half an hour.

The inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides. But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again. I stayed at this hotel to get an hour's early entry to Universal Studios. Personally, if you're going to Universal Studios, I definitely recommend staying at a hotel that offers these perks. Furthermore, if you're going to Ireland, this hotel is close enough that you can leave around 7 a.m. and take a 15-minute stroll, and you'll be almost at the front of the line. Being able to ride two or three attractions (or one or two multiple times) that are likely to have long waits during the first hour is a huge advantage. I rode Hagrid twice (I went right back in) and Velocity once. After that, I rode one more ride and was granted general admission. From then on, the standard wait time was over an hour... For a family of four, I'd recommend staying at a hotel that offers express passes. The wait times can be quite different... If you're going to use express passes anyway, you might as well choose a better hotel.
