非常好的酒店，前台瓶裝飲用水管夠。北方天氣乾燥，室內暖氣足。早餐品種多，蔬菜新鮮。交通位置便利，離主要街道2KM內，外賣方便。有洗衣機和烘乾機，最適合出差人士。

很偶然的一次機會來了鄂爾多斯，選擇了這家酒店，給人的驚喜非同凡響，環境舒適，房間温度很暖，還有加濕器緩解温度，衞生乾淨，電視投屏很房方便，智能化管理快捷，服務態度熱情大方，賓至如歸的真實感……當然早餐也十分值得推薦……

本來對這家酒店的印象不錯，停車方便，比較新，房間舒適和乾淨，而且提供大量的水，方便我們去玩沙漠，衹是位置比較偏。我們連住了兩個晚上，第一個晚上沒問題，第二個晚上，我們玩到很晚才回酒店，準備第二天一早的飛機離開，但是當晚的空調突然壞了，衹有暖氣，但是當天温度20幾度，我們熱得無法入睡，找前台要求他們處理，但是當晚前台服務員態度很差，不斷説謊，一開始説當晚全滿房，無法換房（後來證實是有房的！），一會説維修工下班了，處理不了，然後又説他們的中央空調是個別住客自己房間調了暖氣後整棟樓的房間都會變暖氣？（沒見過酒店的中央空調是這樣的），反正各種理由推搪不處理！和他們熬戰到快凌晨，實在沒辦法聯繫了攜程，最後由攜程幫忙調了房間（感謝攜程的客服！）否則我們累了一天還要熬一整晚去坐飛機，肯定身體吃不消。另外值班經理後來説補償一份小禮品給我們，但最終也沒人給（不在乎他們的小禮品，但是又被忽悠一次，説明他們的服務真的跟進得很差）

酒店的客服服務真的很好，裏面設施也很好，住的挺安心的，相對來説這個價位能住這樣酒店很不錯，特別是在鄂爾多斯這個滿地土豪的地方👍👍
