I came here with my friends for a trip. I was more than satisfied with the expectations. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the service was smart. The room facilities and equipment were all intelligent. The breakfast was rich in variety and very Inner Mongolian style. It was really good and great value for money. I will come next time. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!

Facilities: Outdated Hygiene: OK Environment: Good Service: Not good. Especially at the front desk I was on a business trip and stayed at the hotel. Good location. When I checked out, because I was staying first and paying later, the room was missing a spoon. The front desk did not contact me and directly deducted the miscellaneous fees, which was inexplicable. Later Trip.com customer service handled it. To be honest, the room was not even equipped with the basic tea bag after staying in the room. What should I say? Some times I hope the hotel will strengthen management.
