The hotel is clearly not 4 stars, the price is too high. The bathroom has the cheapest soap, which dries the skin wildly. The shower stall is rusty. The toilet, apparently, is not cleaned at all (when flushing water, pieces of an unknown substance fall from under the rim)) It is cold on the first floor, the air conditioner does not save.
