Checked into Novotel Poissy Orgeval for a 6 day stay with activities in Orgeval as well as in Paris. The hotel is okay however somewhat pricy for what you get. The hotel is dated and it’s visible, and I am not impressed with the overall quality of the rooms nor common areas. What Novotel Orgeval does have is charm, and my experience with the staff, as well as service levels, were good. English works most of the time, and the staff goes out of their way to make it work. One particular challenge for us was that they had little understanding, and no offering, for gluten free food, which represents a problem for a family with a member with celiac disease. The hotel is super sentral for activities in Poissy and Orgeval, however, the trek into Paris is cumbersome and takes a long time. The location of the hotel is not very good with regards to different food options, however, there are good alternatives typically a short drive away. Charming stay, medium hotel experience, but enjoyed it.

Stayed in hotel in Summer 2023 during an Europe tour. Very friendly staff clean rooms and bathrooms. Had only the breakfast and it was Also very nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Communication was bit difficult because staff understood limited english. But could manage. Had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just sad. Rooms are in a miserable low-grade decor that is not even to the same standards as IKEA. The general decor of the hotel looks it was last touched in the 1980s. The high security entrance to the car park does not give a strong confidence in the safety of the area. The room was so miserable I actually left the hotel and checked into somewhere else nearby, which was both cheaper and much, much better. Overall this hotel is a depressing experience that needs a serious face lift and investment. Go elsewhere.

Stay booked for 1 night with 3 young children, reservation made by telephone to be able to request a connecting room, the contact told me that there was no problem. The day arrives, we go from disappointment to disappointment: here we are with 2 rooms facing each other (not in accordance with my request), smell of cigarette smoke in one of the rooms, used remote control batteries , shower gel missing, boiling water without being able to adjust the shower temperature. Certainly we have a commercial gesture, but I did not pay for 2 rooms for a commercial gesture. The quality of this Novotel is not representative of other Novotels

J'ai participé à un séminaire qui était organisé dans cet hôtel. Literie très confortable. Nourriture de qualité et en quantité. Pratique d'accès. Bien structuré (des petites salles et des plus grandes pour les conférences/bonne isolation/matériel de présentation...). Et surtout un énorme merci à toute leur équipe qui est aux petits soins pour vous! Chacun d'entre eux a pris le temps de répondre aux besoins, a prêté attention à mon allergie alimentaire, toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Un vrai sens du service! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Restauration lamentable et absolument pas à la hauteur du standing de cette chaîne d'hôtels. Aucune offre prenant en compte l'intolérance à certains aliments. C'est un point fondamental pour les personnes sensibles qui doivent voyager pour raisons professionnelles.

L'hôtel est très bien situé en bord d'autoroute A13 , bien insonorisé ! De belles chambres un peu dans leurs jus Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant et manque de politesse. Durant notre séjour d'une nuit seulement 3 personnes sur une vingtaine croisées ont dit bonsoir ou bonjour. Seulement à l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée ainsi que la manager. Er le lendemain matin lors du départ ! De llus nous sommes arrivés vers 22h , nous avons demandé ce qu'il y avait pour manger et boire. Le serveur, plus particulièrement n'était pas conte t de nous servir et était limite dans son comportement ! Nous avons quand même réussi à commander et manger au restaurant. Ma femme était en béquilles. Pas très pratique , à part l'accueil, seulement quelques marches ou des rampes personne à mobilité réduite trop pentues ! Bon petit déjeuner copieux Cordialement M.MARTIN
