"The experience is very good, the reception is very warm, the environment is very good, the drinks in the freezer, snacks are free, ha, I can’t believe it →_→If next time, I will choose here, but the airport to the hotel is still quite a twist. The taxis didn’t pay the meter. Several drivers asked whether the hotel was in Bergamo or out of Bergamo. As Luca didn’t provide detailed information about the city area, I thought it was close to Bergamo Airport and I thought it was in Bergamo. As a result, the driver sent us to an apartment, and then to the hotel, which was equal to the price of a double. The taxi cost 50 Euros, which is the most uncomfortable point."

"Nice place to stay, the architecture is a bit old for that, got room 666, I don't know if it was just a coincidence ~
No free drink! Which ****** since others give one. But the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is on a main road, which is a plus or minus. It was a minus for me since I heard the rage of Italian drivers when I had the window open.
Staff were great though! Still don't recommend for people on a budget! It's a nice 13 min walk from the station which is good."
