The hotel is very new. In order to go to the outlets, the hotel staff was good. The most dissatisfied was the safety hazard. When I slept at night, the door was closed. As a result, a woman could open the door in the middle of the night. It should be wrong. It also scares you half dead, and then at night I hear a lot of old blacks do n’t know what to do during the chat, it is very noisy, so noisy that you are upset.

We were greeted by Franciely she was great and she took care of us and made sure we were well attended. We got a couple of frozen drinks and mixed drinks and they tasted so good! I highly recommend swinging by this bar and enjoying the fun in the sun and the great people!

Very accomodating staff of the restaurant. I didn't ask for his position but I can tell is the Restaurant Manager, all I know was his name because he introduced himself while asking which kind of drink we prefer. He also start the conversations after our meal which is very nice of him, a very good example for his staff on how to accomodate their guest.

Staff was great, room very clean, unlike my lay 3 visits, there were hidden charges at checkout, not related to services. Next visit to area I will be checking other places.

Very satisfied with this hotel, the room is large, the location is good, go out is the Orlando Eye Ferris wheel, there is a large indoor swimming pool in the hotel, can be used before 4 pm, after 4 o'clock is someone else training base! Very recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean. The service was good. The location was near everything and had easy access. The only problem was the deposit I paid is still pending and my stay was Mother’s Day Weekend.
