We stayed here for the early admission to the park, and for the shuttle bus. The location is so convenient for the park, and it was the best division to stay here. Rooms are nice, hotel is spacious, we had only one day to do Universal/ Islands of Adventures, but by staying here and the express pass we literally did everything in one day. Just make sure to use their 7 AM shuttle bus! The pool is pretty, but it’s too cold to swim in January. Would def recommend this hotel!

Everything about the Universal Hotel is pretty good. The hotel facilities are of normal level. It is convenient to have a direct bus to Universal Studios. One good thing about the hotel is that it provides ice cubes, which is very special and is on every floor.

There is a free shuttle bus, the location is very close to Universal Studios, the hotel is very new and modern, there is a Starbucks downstairs.
You will be given a pre-entry card when you check in, which allows priority entry, but it can't open the hotel door, and the front desk didn't remind me, so I spent a lot of time and wasted time. The foreigners are okay in their attitude, but not very efficient.
