"The hotel is located in the middle of the International Avenue. It is surrounded by resort hotels. The parking is very convenient. The distance between Disney and Universal Studios is similar. The uber is more than a dozen knives. There are publix supermarkets in a few minutes. It is very convenient to buy some food and drink. It is also very convenient to do it yourself. I don't want to have a good restaurant around the supermarket. There is a Japanese shop next to it. It is super hot, and I have to wait for it at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes about twenty minutes to walk on the outlets, it is worth a visit, it is estimated that someone will not come out when they go in. The hotel will charge about 15% of the comprehensive service fee every day, which is probably the wifi parking fee, etc. You can't take it without your car. The room is large and comfortable, the balcony is facing the pool"
"Location, location, location! Good hotel, rooms are not big, but enough for two. Everything is typical for holiday Inns: food (french fries and hamburgers), service and so on."

"We had to catch the early morning flight the next day, and the hotel specially arranged a quiet guest room. We rested well. The room was soundproof and quiet. We could not hear the sound of the plane at night and had a good sleep. Check out at 3:30 in the morning. The hotel packed breakfast (bread, milk, yogurt, bottled water, etc.) according to the passengers' reservation one day in advance. The guest room is spacious, bright, quiet and comfortable, and the two large beds are comfortable. The bath water is hot. After taking a bath, Orlando flew to San Francisco and transferred to Shanghai. The journey is about 24 hours. It is very comfortable to take a hot bath and start a long-distance flight. The hotel is right in the airport. It is very convenient to get a boarding pass before going to bed one day in advance. There are many restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient for dining. Orlando has more than a dozen large parks such as Disney Group Park and Universal Studios. Orlando is also a large cruise port. Next time I will arrange a cruise and Disneyland tour, I will book it again. It feels so good! Give a thumbs up!"

"I didn’t know what it would be like before I went. I was pleasantly surprised after I arrived. I think this hotel is warm and the food is delicious. The environment is beautiful and the facilities are complete. I recommend everyone to book this when you come to Orlando."
"The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. There is a capsule coffee machine and two bottles of mineral water. It would be better to book a high floor if possible. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, so you need to take a taxi. There are two restaurants in the lobby, which are almost never open. There is one on the G floor, which has a good breakfast and is always open. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby. For reference only."
"It didn’t start out well at the beginning. Property is huge but took awhile to check in due to long lines. After getting checked in and going to room on the other side and making it to the 17th floor, realized the key wasn’t working. I had to go all the way back down and wait in line another 30 minutes to address the issue. It was really annoying that I had to wait this long to get help with a simple issue. The room was nice and comfortable and had a great view but I noticed food on one of the pillows. I didn’t bother to alert staff. I just didn’t use that particular pillow. Aside from this, I think the food choices at Descend 21, could be much better. Th fries were overcooked but burger was just ok. Pool area was amazing!!! I could have stayed there all day! Hotel is also in a great area."
"Loved the view service at front desk were super nice and politely. I liked it so much I had to stay an extra night, even tho I knew my pockets said no but My heart said Yes.
It was worth it. You have to experience it yourself and you will see......Thank you all for the wonderful service that made me feel for 2 nights like I was a Millionaire and that was just with good kindness heart. Gracias"
"The hotel is in a very good location, with a dedicated passage to the exhibition hall. There was a Vietnamese guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and helped me get a free upgrade. Thank you very much. The young man who helped call a taxi at the gate was also full of energy. Will come back and stay here again."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe overall feeling is good. There are Mickey waffles for breakfast and a fixed shuttle bus to Disneyland in the morning and evening. The room and bed are very large, but there is a bit of smell because the window cannot be opened. There is a vending machine downstairs with all kinds of food and drinks, which can be heated in the microwave in the room. However, the deposit was a bit slow to return, but everything else was good.

GGuest UserSince the hotel had only recently opened, there was a bit of a wait during check-in. However, the staff were very kind and courteous, which made the process pleasant.
On the other hand, there were a few concerns regarding the facilities. The water in the handwashing area didn’t drain well, and the toilet also had drainage issues. I had never encountered these kinds of plumbing problems at other places I’ve stayed, such as Universal Canaveral or Disney All Star Resort, so it was a bit disappointing.
I was also surprised by the lack of sound insulation. Voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. Additionally, there seemed to be a gap around the door, which likely allowed more noise to enter. I didn’t experience this kind of issue at the previous hotels I mentioned.
Since the hotel is still new, I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.
CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.
GGuest UserThe hotel is just fine for an overnight stay as it is located 11 minutes from the airport. Which is convenient for us who had a flight with a late arrival.
Parking is free.
The breakfast is simple, correct and included.
The security service is good as there is a guard watching the hotel day and night.
Cockroaches? Yes we have seen it. Given the heat and humidity, that must explain their presence on the ground floor, but that shouldn't allow the staff to ignore their presence, leaving one the night of our arrival until the morning of our departure.
The bedroom is large, the two queen beds are perfect for a family of four.
GGuest UserNice breakfast. Green line i-ride trolley stops in front. About 5 minutes walk to International Drive where many restaurants and shops are located
เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.
GGuest UserWe stayed here last year and it was great except for the hot tub’s heater was not working. This year a year later it was still not working. Non of the ice machines were not working. Had to get it from the pool side bar. We also saw roaches in the room. We will not be back
