3-Star Hotels in Orlando

Booked this spot as a place to stay for a convention as vendors, so we had a looot of luggage. Front desk was extremely helpful not only with our room assignment but holding our luggage. This was around Christmas time and it was decorated very cutely. Lots of entertainment, will definitely consider rebooking for next year’s travels!

Experience was excellent, customer service was amazing. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Had a fridge, 2 burner stove top, and dishwasher. Pool area looked very nice, we didn’t get a chance to check it out on this visit. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot and a few other food establishments. Complimentary breakfast was great. Close to SeaWorld, Aquatica, And Discovery Cove. Other attractions were within 10-15 min drive. We will definitely look at this place for future stays. Wish we found it sooner!

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

Staff was great, room very clean, unlike my lay 3 visits, there were hidden charges at checkout, not related to services. Next visit to area I will be checking other places.

My Husband and I love this place. It's always clean beds are comfortable very quite and very safe. Security there are always driving around and walking checking everything. The front desk staff are always very friendly and do there best to check you in. Thank you staff and Security for a safe a great place to stay.

The location was perfect, we were the center of everywhere we needed to be. It's 25 min from the airport. We definitely enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool, good music, food and drinks. Breakfast began at 6:30am but didn't end until 9. Most places stop serving breakfast by 8/8:30 so this was a plus. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Good place to stay. Almost forgot to mention there's a mini store in the lobby area also.

Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. My family is grateful for our Orlando experience at Crowne Plaza.

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

The hotel when we arrived very clean everything except the floor was super dirty, you could tell that it had not been cleaned otherwise super good, the only bad thing that only a few clouds without rain closed the park that is indoors! 😩😩

Excellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!). Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times. Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times. Will definitely stay again.
