Hotel Magic Fantasy

SPECTACULAR HOLIDAYS!! We had a wonderful time at Magic World Resort, staying at the Magic Fantasy hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was also beautiful. The best thing was the attention to detail. Our daughter is celiac and Javier and Oscar, who are in charge of the buffet kitchen, were spectacular with us and even more so with our daughter. Personalised service and top brands, even in gluten-free. In all the themed restaurants we went to (La Flama rice and grill, Brisa di Madre and Burger Bites), gluten-free options for the girl and in the rest of the hotels as well (Games and Sports). I'm posting some photos of the food the celiac girl had. The staff was lovely, they made sure our stay was comfortable and we only had to worry about enjoying ourselves, and boy did we!! The entertainment programme was great for the children and the shows at Aloha were very entertaining and well done, congratulations! The water parks were great. The Splash is phenomenal, freedom for the girls (6 and 9 years old) and to enjoy. The Sports is very new, but bigger and with more people and the Polynesia, a water park to enjoy with the family (it needs a little love, but nothing that prevents you from enjoying it). To find a but, in the Snacks of the different stands they should be able to offer something Gluten Free. Although in the hotel they gave us something for the girl, she didn't always want it. Everyone was eating chips and nuggets and she had a muffin... The children... Hahaha. For us, it was very positive to leave the hotel to go to the Splash, to other hotels, restaurants, the entertainment... You don't feel like being "locked up in a macro resort". The Magic Land, more than an amusement park is a small fair that needs a little renovation and maintenance of attractions. Over time, they will surely do it. The Enchanted Garden, beautiful, very entertaining. I don't want to forget the reception staff at Fantasy, all charming, but for us Camila, makes the difference. Super affectionate with adults and with the girls, charming, involved... ❤️❤️❤️❤️And Lorena, in customer service, phenomenal, attentive and taking care of those details with the children that, as parents, excite you. The housekeeper, hats off to her... And all those we have seen and we don't know their names but who always had a smile when they said good morning. We're sure to come back next year, it has been our best family vacation.

Fantastic to go with kids and the treatment of the staff is spectacular (Lorena with her kindness and know-how, Patricia with her total empathy, and above all Devani, an unbeatable professional. As in everything, there are always things to improve, but with this staff there is nothing that can resist.

It is NOT a 4 star hotel, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Both in the dining room and in the premises in general. The characteristics of the hotel and services are of a 3 star hotel. Dirty cutlery, dirty plates. Poor organization in the dining room. Different food compared to other hotels with the same stars. This hotel is the worst compared to the Sport or Games with the same stars. The rooms are very very small. For this reason there are bunk beds.

I can't write my review because they have taken it away from me without consulting me 5 times and I still don't know why. I don't understand it. But I will never go back. Terrible experience, zero problem resolution and terrible customer service. A disappointment since we trusted the chain.

I was there this summer and it was amazing, highly recommended for families, with a water park and great food. A 10/10 place and even better staff. I'm coming back next year to enjoy this great experience again and continue having fun together.
