It was incredible beauty authentic Sardinian experience. The suite with balcony for two friends was amazing. I was actually there for four nights and my friend for two. Everything was perfect. We each had our room, we ate on the balcony every night. The suite was so charming. We had an incredible view from the balcony amd from the doors from my room. Anna welcomed us with a huge smile every morning for breakfast in such a beautiful stone setting and Julia brought us the best coffee. They were so kind. The food was delicious . The staff at reception were all so nice (I didn't get names but one of the girls is in this video) she took me to my car with my luggage. I went to Sardinia to discover the Blue Zone and this quaint charming hotel is absolutely stunning. Thank you Grazie Mille Merci.

Absolutely loved this hotel ! We had our 25th anniversary vow renewal held here and stayed for a week with 4 other couples. We were staying in the main hotel with the courtyard which is stunning. All our rooms were around the courtyard, we stayed in the main suite room 1, it was huge with a fabulous big terrace giving views over the town of Orosei. We literally have no complaints. The beds and pillows were super comfy, the hotel was spotless, the breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and delicious. The staff were the nicest people so friendly, polite and helpful, Raffaella, Marta extra special, the main restaurant manager ? Who name I didn’t get was so helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant in the hotels other building which is literally 2 minute walk away was fabulous, the ambience, views, staff, food was excellent so much so we all ate here 3 nights. The beach club is around a 2 mile walk but you can get a taxis €15 for 2 people or walk takes around 35 minutes. The beach bar here is good it has a large selection of food to choose from, also plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel location is set in a pretty square with plenty of restaurants/ cafes to choose from, shops and a small crafts market held most evenings. We have no complaints and would recommend highly from our experience.

A very quaint hotel in the heart of Orosei. We had a wonderful ( but short) time on a last minute booking for a couple of nights in June 2024. I wanted to take the time to clarify a few things in booking as to assist in details. First of all, parking is not onsite. It is best to drop off luggage and have hotel assist you to finding a parking spot. They have a golf cart available to schedule. Next, although you book the main property displayed on photos, there are four to five different locations you could be housed. The breakfast is located at the main hotel, thus possible to walk or transit to enjoy. We paid an additional fee to stay at main house due to late day arrival and long travel day. The room was one level on ground floor and very very hot due to locale. At night, very loud with cars and motorcycle drive by. Thus, I suggest possible upper unit with cold ac access and possible airflow. The body wash and shampoo are one and the same- no conditioner, thus pls plan to bring personal items. And, beach club is great ( extra charge) - no towels included and none available at the beach club. Please make arrangements prior to departing to the beach. Enjoy your stay.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. We stayed in the main building, where breakfast is served and the reception area is housed. My wife and I had a large suite, which had its own small patio and outdoor seating area. Our adult children (in their 20's) had two other nice rooms just off the breakfast patio. All of the rooms were great. The breakfast buffet is very good and served in a gorgeous indoor/outdoor patio area. Reception was very helpful. We were able to rent bikes from the hotel (no charge) and ride through town to the hotel's private beach. It was a really special stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Orosei area.

We stayed a short distance from the reception building both in the old town. We found the accommodation comfortable clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast at reception and staff were friendly and helpful. The best car parking was nearby at Saint Antonia piazza which was safe and available. Best restaurant was Pasta e Pasta.

We booked a suite with a terrace and got room 6 in the main building. The room had 2 double beds and a very large bathroom. There was a balcony/terrace that was very nice too. At night, it was nice and quiet. The AC worked very well. The BREAKFASTS were AWESOME, especially the staff member who worked there ( who made drinks, sat us, etc). The breakfast catered to American and UK type travelers (eggs, bacon) but had Italian typical options as well including a large honeycomb that you could take pieces off. The room was spacious, but electrical outlets were at a minimum. We had to unplug lamps to plug in our devices. We did not use the beach and there was a confusing "offer" about that when we checked in (something about getting housekeeping every other day or something). We did sign up for the pasta making class which seemed a little pricey for each person ($80), but in the end it was a fun experience and we would recommend it. PARKING was very confusing at first - when we arrived there was a traffic jam in the street and everyone was honking. It sorted out and we ended up finding a place in one of the suggested lots (about a 5-8 min walk). Our biggest complaint was the shower. There was no bottom lip to contain the flowing water and the shower curtain did not reach the floor, so lots of water seeped onto the floor. We let staff know and housekeeping responded by giving us extra towels to sop up the water every day. The other nice thing about the hotel was that you got daily emails asking if everything was ok. I would recommend this place. It's not super cheap, but a unique stay. It is very easy to walk around town to restaurants from the hotel.

We ended up the same building as the reception but - as mentioned on the website - your rooms may be somewhere else. So we can only comment on the main building. It's an old building which is recently (and very nicely) renovated although in my mind it's a tad overdone (e.g. ceramic electric switches is kind of cute but - why not mix modern with an old building?). Everything was clean, the beds very comfortable, and despite the ground floor room not even that noisy (considering that cars run up and down the narrow streets often). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety. Our suite came with it's own private area that we were having breakfast in but it's feel very cozy. I'd prefer the open court yard. Communication was also super quick and friendly - they made dinner reservations for us and even suggested a time so we didn't miss the sunset which I thought was a really nice touch. The one little downer was that they tried to charge us €25 just to go for a quick swim and use their own beach area. First of all that this is an extra charge is not obvious on the website (in contrast, it sounds as if this is something - like at other hotels we have stayed at - that it is part of the room charge. Secondly, they knew we only wanted to go for quick swim after breakfast before checking out and they seemed more concerned with our checking out then trying to accomodate their guests...

The hotel is split of between different locations all over town, and the street are old made and not walkable with suitable. Our room was nice. The service staff is okay. They are friendly at the hotel, but not at the rooftop restaurant and also not the staff at the beach. The staff at the beach are too young not to have a senior manager. The beach does not provide any good food, very “tourist” food with hamburger and preheated frozen pizza. There are also no beach towels. The beach is a long way from the hotel, so transport is needed. The breakfast is at the hotel central and it is okay. It is served in a dark cage, which is not that welcoming. The city it self is very old and beautiful. We liked our stay, but only the 4 days we had. The hotel bikes do not have any gear and this is in a city with big hills (must be improved).
