I absolutely loved this place! I booked last minute, and so glad I did. The place is a proper authentic Sardinian experience, which everyone should try if you can. The hostess, Monica was very welcoming and super attentive. Monica and Augustino told us all about the history of the hotel and restaurant and the museum that is set inside. They were also very informative about the surrounding area and what it had to offer. The hotel itself is super clean and cozy; The food was stunning and all locally produced. I highly recommend! :)

We stayed one night here while on a cycling tour of Sardinia so the hotel was chosen for us by our tour company. We arrived hot and exhausted to a delightful welcome from Monica, our hostess, who we can’t praise highly enough. She did everything in her power to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Dinner and breakfast were included which made our stay good value. The dinner was excellent as was the service! We were served a set menu which suited us fine as it meant we tried dishes that we may otherwise not have ordered. It was a delicious 4 course, home cooked traditional Sardinian meal and huge. Breakfast was plentiful and served at anytime we needed (much appreciated as cyclists we often leave before set breakfast times to beat the heat). The only down side was the accommodation, which is a short 3 min walk away from the hotel dining facility & museum. Although clean and tidy it was very shabby around the edges and in urgent need of a freshen up. Beds were exceptionally hard.

Bellissima fattoria adibita a museo , ristorante Hotel “albergo diffuso. Ristorante eccellente con prodotti genuini e a km0. Atmosfera magica, un tuffo nel passato. Lo consiglio per viaggi in relax. Bellissimo il nuraghe Arrubiu e le domes de Jana’s a 5monuti da #omuaxiu

Posto pietoso Cibo terribile Personale indescrivibile, Scortese, Sopratutto "la responsabile" con modi ridicoli, maleducata. Pulizia assente (I bicchieri avevano del rossetto, Altri completamente SPACCATI) (Abbiamo dovuto chiamare i carabinieri)

Pranzo di pasqua prenotato per due. Io e mio figlio. Ben accolti e ragazze gentili. Location molto suggestiva. Ma qui finisce il plauso. Menù a prezzo fisso. 40 euro a persona davvero mal spesi. Antipasto scarso di pochi salumi e pochi piccoli spicchi di pecorino e una ciottolina di olive in salamoia meno che discrete. Maccarronis de busa ai formaggi praticamente freddi, gnocchettini ai porcini che erano poco meno di una poltiglia scotta. Due ciottoline per i secondi (da dividere in due naturalmente) una con pochi pezzi di vitello ai porcini e un altra con altrettanto pochi pezzi di cinchiale. Per finire 4 pezzetti di maialetto in tutto ( da dividere in due ovviamente) , compreso un piedino. Porzioni davvero scarsissime come quantità. E il mio usare la parola poco, significa davvero poco! Zero contorno (nonostante alla prenotazione fosse stato menzionato il pinzimonio) e zero frutta, almeno utile per integrare la scarsa quantità del cibo servito. Per dessert 4 mini mini pardule. Un caffè da moka e un mirto o filu de ferru a scelta. Se appena entrata sono rimasta entusiasta, appena uscita, ho detto mai più. Sconsigliato

Splendida accoglienza e grande disponibilità da parte del personale. Buone sistemazioni in albergo diffuso. Bellissimo museo etnografico, da visitare. Ma soprattutto, ottima cucina tradizionale: abbondanti antipasti, pasta fatta in casa, porcetto cotto alla perfezione, dolci tradizionali appena sfornati. E al mattino, colazione ottima, sempre con prodotti locali (da assaggiare lo yogurt fatto in casa, con il sapore dello "joddu" -cosi lo chiamava e, soprattutto, lo faceva, mia nonna- di un tempo). Per me, mia moglie e i miei amici, una splendida esperienza.
