Arrived after 8 hr journey to find hotel has NO bar or restaurant. NO kettle in the room, no tea/coffee in the room. NO choice but to walk into town, which is about 200 metres down a hill. Location is good, near RER B station, which takes you into centre of Paris. Hotel has nice garden area, room was clean & comfortable.

My wife and I ended our honeymoon in Paris. We were hoping to spend a couple of days in a good hotel in a great location. Location was great indeed, but so would have been the bridge crossing the Seine rivers next to the Musee and hotel d’Orsay, had we chosen to sleep under it as our experience in the hotel d’Orsay was not any better. The hotel is excruciatingly small. Check-in took 30 min as the staff is under instructions to explain all the perks you can get in hotels from the same chain in Paris such as using the toilets, borrowing umbrellas, all items that no one really uses. Worst of all, there was no water pressure in the room which made it barely ok to brush our teeth but impossible to take a shower. We kindly drew the reception’s attention on this. After checking, they confirmed the issue. However, when time came to check out, there was no reference to the problem and needless to say no proposal for any discount whatsoever. We hate thinking that other hoping for the best time in Paris will be confronted to such a bad experience.

Very well decorated welcome and very kind staff. Free and secure parking. As for the room, it is microscopic. When I entered the bathroom I thought there was no stump because it was so small. The pommel is not hung on the wall. The shower curtain fell on the floor during the shower and little hot water. The cleanliness was just….

Reservation for one night. When I arrived I was very well received by the staff. Simple and pleasant welcome, tastefully decorated. However, once in the room it gets complicated... Strong cigarette smell present, noise pollution due to the thickness of the walls. The bedroom doors are really stacked on top of each other to make numbers. They then change my room (I appreciate it). Once in the new room you realize that for a three star you have no sockets near the bed, no comfort extras (mini bar, bottle of water, kettle), ridiculously small television and old switches from the 90s. The bathroom is not better since in the shower you have an unscrewed and leaking shower head, a ridiculously small shower basin, the broken glass support which hangs in the shower, no support to put your gel shower or something… The trash can was also broken. As for cleanliness, this leaves something to be desired: dust on the shelf, black marks on the floor in the shower, hair... At night you have a projector which illuminates the front of the facade and which will therefore leave your room in broad daylight even with both curtains closed. That's really a lot of flaws for a hotel that calls itself 3 stars! The breakfast remains very decent for the price (€9.90). I therefore give two stars for the staff and the breakfast. Book for half the price in an ibis type chain and you will have more comfort and service... it's distressing.

Small hotel on a human scale. Relatively well placed. Pleasant room. No noise. Fairly large bathroom. Small lunch room, good service and plenty of choice at the buffet. Only happiness. The tea from my brother's wedding was a delight. Free soft drinks in the rooms. In terms of cleaning the rooms could be improved. Quite strange to find yourself with the person who vacuums in the morning around 8:00 at reception… not very nice to have to go over the pipes. No lunch or dinner. I would go back.

Chambre petite mais plutôt propre. Salle de douche également. Cependant absence de climatisation, pas de ventilateur disponible, pas de prise à côté du lit, pas de bouilloire ou boisson d’accueil ni de frigo… obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte donc le bruit de la rue … Accueil agréable mais ne nous donne même pas la direction à prendre. Bref j’ai connu mieux dans les formule 1. Pour le prix de la nuit c’est du vol ! Je ne comprends pas les 3 étoiles.

İğrenç,berbat ve ilgisiz bir işletme İngilizce bilen hiçbir personel yok. Odalar pis, eski ve iklimlendirmesi yok. Koku var. Kahvaltı şaka gibi. Termoslarda çay ve kahve ikramı 1980 lerden kalma, portakal, kruvasan, 1 çeşit peynir dışında kaydadeğer hiçbirşey yoktu. Tur ile 3 gün kalmak zorunda kaldım.
