The hotel is new and hence in a very good condition. We adored the amenities and especially the steamer in the room. A small improvement might be heated swimming pool outside as it's always freezing cold. Another thing is we weren't exactly informed about the a la carte menù or what was complimentary from spa services like sauna etc

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet," "The bathroom was modern and spotless. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. Would definitely love to come back here again

Very good service over all, only negative part I would say is that I paid €50 euro for dinner for two people, and the option was very limited for food.

Got upgraded to a Cave room on 1st floor! Was a duplex room with balcony but no view. Breakfast was big and many varieties of cuisines, fruits, nuts, cheeses, breads, hot omelette, etc. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Parking and petrol station /mini market were right next to hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is nice and easy. The staff is attentive and friendly, solution-oriented. The open buffet breakfast is excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant and reception staff.

New hotel , spacious rooms, efficient housekeeping staff, great breakfast, close to all major tourist point but you should have your car for travel

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is professional and kind. Location is great. Service was great. the room we booked was not available at the time of checkin, however they upgraded us to a better room for free so that we could move in right away. Nice gesture. we will definitely come back

Wonderful clean and brand new hotel. Definitely recommended but don’t expect a cave room experience. It’s a regular hotel 😀

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I do travel a lot!
Only 10 min drive away from any great restaurants, city center and whatever you want
The hotel is absolutely stunning, brand new and the amenities are top notch!
