My wife and I stayed in Residence Prapoz for four nights in September. We had a very pleasant stay. Claudia was a fantastic host always available to help and assist as needed. Claudia’s recommendations for local activities were great. Pros: Beautiful residence, spacious apartment with a full kitchen (Claudia also provided a drip coffee maker which was appreciated). She also provided a weekly bus pass for both of us, which we never needed. Cons: Short walk to downtown (around 10 minutes, but not a serious con)

Apt. provided for the three of us was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The lobby is nice and the hostess very welcoming. The elevators are modern and work well and there is ample parking space (ask about the underground area). I would have liked having a small bar of soap provided in the bathroom for the shower. Restaurants are down the hill but in easy walking distance.

We had to extend our holiday due to illness and Claudia the owner could not have been more helpful. We were given a choice of accommodation on arrival and chose the 3rd floor one bedroom apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed although no oven. We managed to cook with the hob and microwave. Wi-Fi works well. Beds are very comfortable.. The area is really quiet at night and the walk into town centre along the Luis Trenker way is around 15 to 20 minutes. There is building work during the day that starts around 7.30am and continues past 5pm but most people are out during these hours. We found some great walks and enjoyed the sunny stay very much.

The accommodation was fantastic and the welcome very warm. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 adults. There was lots of space, it was well equipped and absolutely spotless. Arranging our stay was easy, not least because the owner was very responsive to queries and requests.

Posto bellissimo comodo anche per il centro da Ortisei. Struttura molto curata con serramenti nuovi e tutto perfettamente funzionante e in ordine. La ciliegina sulla torta sono i proprietari (Claudia e Valter) persone ECCEZIONALI che vale la pena di conosceere!

Residence molto accogliente, la nostra camera per 4 persone era molto accogliente, pulitissima e spaziosa. Camera ben riscaldata e fornita di tutto il necessario con una bellissima vista dalle finestre e dal terrazzino. Residence vicinissimo agli impianti sciistici, raggiungibili in 2/3 minuti di macchina. Il personale sempre molto disponibile per ogni necessità. Unica pecca, ski room troppo piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti del residence, in 3 giorni abbiamo sempre trovato già occupati i depositi per gli scarponi. Possibilità di parcheggiare sia all’aperto gratuitamente nel parcheggio di loro proprietà o a pagamento nel garage coperto.
