The property offers everything a family needs on holiday. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, the staff friendly and very helpful. The location is close to both the sea and the main services. We were lucky enough to find it by chance and we are very happy to have spent 4 days/3 nights there :)

As a family, 2 adults and 3 children, we had a 2 bedroom apartment in July for 3 nights The +: - THE LOCATION! 30 minutes by car from La Spezia station to visit the 5 lands and 45 minutes from Pisa - very quiet, swimming pool and air conditioning very appreciated! - the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff - the apartment is complete and functional - games for children - free and secure parking The -: - everything is aging and needs a good refresh! This residence is in fact a Pierre et Vacances partner aparthotel, and not a Pierre et Vacances residence. Located in a charming area, near the road, we were greeted quickly, no presentation of the infrastructure unlike others who benefit from it, bar closed for a week, cold swimming pool. Apartment with poor quality furniture, uncomfortable spring bedding, 2 gas out of 4 defective, almost nothing for cooking.....not even a frying pan or a saucepan, no microwave, an oven but no dish to put in it. Fortunately, it is clean and well placed for visiting 5 Terres, Lerici etc... Beaches close but almost all pay. After 6 days, the temperature rises.....we want to use the air conditioning.........defective.........there, the reception is responsive and offers us to change accommodation. Head for a larger and therefore more expensive apartment......and there, microwave, kettle etc......what a surprise!! However, the description of the apartments does not mention a difference in equipment depending on the number of people!!!! Basically, we realize that we were put in a more than average apartment even though we were staying 9 nights and that other, much better stocked and pleasant apartments were available. Luckily we had a view of the swimming pool! In addition, no soundproofing. We do not recommend this residence and suggest that Pierre et Vacances review their associations a little more seriously.

We stayed in the winter, but the resident has a large swimming pool and outdoor area which would probably be pleasant to enjoy in the summer. Perhaps precisely because out of season the structure was not ready to welcome customers, but our Apartment was not very clean and we found a lot of ants in the bathroom. Coffee machine not working. Cleaning in a structure is the most important thing and unfortunately I have not found any here, so I suggest you review this aspect.

Séjour de 10 jours dans cette résidence un peu vieillissante. Au vu des avis j’avais peur de ce que j’allais trouver sur place. Finalement c’était correct. L’appartement était grand et pas trop mal équipé. Clim très appréciée , Micro ondes, vaisselle, grand frigo. Une poêle plus grande, un aspirateur et un lave vaisselle auraient été un plus. Les points négatifs sont l’insonorisation qui est mauvaise et dès que nous ne passions pas le balai, des petites fourmis attirées par la nourriture apparaissaient. Contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire, la piscine est très propre et surveillée. Effectivement le liner est un peu vert et décollé par endroit mais le personnel nettoie chaque jour. Attention par contre, les bonnets de bain sont obligatoires. Le parc est agréable. En tout cas, malgré les défauts énoncés, c’est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région magnifique. L’accueil a été chaleureux (nous parlons italien ça aide car je ne suis pas sure qu’ils parlent français).
