My room was on the third floor. Part of the floor was in the middle of being renovated. The rooms are very small and in the style of the 1970s. Behind the hotel there is a railway line for express trains and several scrap yards. In front of the hotel there is a highway and also a railway line for regional trains.

One of the nicest hotel that we stay in Orvieto with one small problem they have the hardest pillows ever This boutique style hotel has a great restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included in room price and was plentiful..

This hotel is on the older side. The beds were comfortable. There were train tracks very nearby and we could hear trains all night. Our room had a balcony and it was nice to be able to open and get some fresh air. It was perfect for a 1 night stay.

We stopped one night and found a perfect welcome. In the morning the breakfast was varied and abundant and above all provided for all allergies. My wife who is celiac found the breakfast complete. Very kind and professional staff. Very close to the highway exit. Perfect.

We stayed at this hotel to visit Orvieto. The property is just a few minutes from the center. Cared for in every detail and under renovation, it has extraordinary customer care. They satisfied all our requests given the two small children and made us feel at home. It's a shame we couldn't use the restaurant service which seems to be excellent. Varied and well-organized breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

My wife, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law and I stayed 4 nights at the Gialletti hotel...what can I say? Very kind and helpful staff...TOP room cleaning...super breakfasts! We also had dinner one evening in their restaurant...everything was delicious! A more than positive experience...we will definitely be back!

We spent 3 nights in this structure and we had a good time. The room was huge, comfortable bed as well as pillows, table with chairs and also armchair for reading, comfortable bathroom with soft towels and many hangers. The breakfast buffet was really 🔝: a huge variety of sweet choices but there was also a savoury part. I also saw a part dedicated to celiacs. Hot drink served by the bar. But we made the "discovery" for 2 evenings at the attached restaurant: truly genuine cuisine, super abundant but digestible portions, good choice of traditional Umbrian dishes. The staff was kind and very helpful.
