I only stayed one night in the hotel. For a 2 star it may be acceptable. The breakfast is very basic. Don't expect those buffets that are generally found in all hotels today. There is very little selection and nothing salty. I repeat u n 2 stars. A very big flaw is in the historic center so finding parking is very complicated. All ZTL and one hour disc.

I state this hotel was booked in September 2021 online and you will understand the service / disservice. Very poor hotel in terms of rooms 50 years old dirty bathrooms poorly organized with tub with risk of falling I could not take a shower, room on the street sleepless night as there is no concierge entrance so much noise, then from 06:00 forget to sleep at in front of your window there is a supermarket that unloads goods at that time, then if you want to leave in the morning around 08:00 forget it if it's okay by 09.30 they have to finish unloading at the supermarket and the garage shutter and in front of the supermarket and they also take you € 10 for the garage for disservice. Then at each request we were told that we had booked online what we expected (but the payment immediately as soon as we arrived no in the morning on departure ???), I asked why there was no television in the room because you ordered online that today is now TV that fridges are a constant in the rooms but not even the Wi-Fi is already good that they gave us beds and sheets ...., breakfast let's leave it alone we were in September, breakfast served in a courtyard in the shade you were dying from the cold a place humid, we asked him to access the interior there was badly by an elderly no otherwise then they had to clean. HOTEL - BEST BETTOLA TO AVOID OHO IF YOU WANT TO STAY ASK IF THE BED IS INCLUDED. Not at all the following day we booked in a different place, but the money was taken in advance.

Super consigliato!

Ottimo hotel, in centro a Orvieto spazioso e molto pulito!
