I was uder the assumption that they would have a hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good location, but could use some updates. Beds were just "ok"

Convenient Lock on door was inadequate. Shower is outdated, tub is tall/dangerous. Nozzle on shower is shorter than I was. Noisy, hear people above. I will not stay here again,

There was no fridge or microwave in our room. Those just seem to be standard at any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The doorknob to the room was so loose it could have easily fallen off. The water was off for several hours, unsure how long exactly because we just went to bed. It was on by morning thankfully. It took the AC a good 2-3 hours to cool down and it wasn’t even as hot out as it has been recently.

Very friendly staff.
Clean room.
My overall rating is 4.7
The first of three things I would suggest, is that you defrost the mini fridge. It was difficult to place items in the freezer portion due to the large amount of ice build up.
The second is that the WiFi signal was only one bar, so see what you can do to enhance that.
Third issue was curtains need work. Old and worn out.
All easy fixes I would think.
Still very good overall experience. I was there 1 day for work, and it served my needs well.

Muggy room, noisy A/C, broken light bulbs in room, flickering light in bathroom/shower area. Shirtless staff on duty. Overpriced Motel 6 look alike.

The ceiling was falling down the tv wasnt working right not enough clean towels bathroom was dirty curtain falling off door to the bathroom didnt lock differnt part of the ceiling falling down smoke alarm didnt work i told the front desk they didnt care way to much for what i paid 140.00 night building inspector need to come someone going to get hurt

Ask for a room in the new building
Staff was friendly and helpful, and outdoor pool was nice, though not recently cleaned and with a deck very rough to walk on barefoot. Patio/deck next to the pool was enjoyable. Rooms in the new building were much more up-to-date than old. Our room in the older building had a damaged bathroom door and sink with a badly fractured bowl. That building is desperately in need of an update.
