Our guests will enjoy a spectacular view of Margaritaville's fireworks display over Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holidays. This condo is perfect for two families with over 1200sqft and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private master bath while the main level guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath. The loft is furnished with one queen bed and twin bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms and family room have ceiling fans and Hulu TV. Updates include brand new HVAC unit and leather living room sofa in 2022. Brand new stainless Kitchen Appliances have been installed May 2022. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy the kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 10 x 24 covered boat slip as well as PWC slips, available for additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove. Repeat Renter
We have rented this facility several times in previous years. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for future visits. I realize it was out of YOUR control, but we were disappointed that the fireworks were cancelled this year and may not be back in coming years.

Fabulous stay, no problems!
No problems! Easy check- in & check out. Our condo had all the things we needed. Comfortable beds, enough room, extra things in case you forgot something for your boat. We used the outdoor community grill & pool. No complaints. Beautiful view of Pelican Bay, & so close to LandShark for fun dining & pool. We used LakeTime RV campground boat launch, super close & EASY launch for our boat. We had a fabulous stay!

Great location , beautiful condo, wonderful responsive hosts
We really enjoyed everything about this condo. Very spacious for 3 couples , nice balcony view , boat slip was perfect with nice bumpers , plenty of room to store the trailer . Will definitely return.

Labor Day weekend get away
The hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect for what we were looking for. We played basketball, and fished a ton! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fourth of July Vacation
The up close and personal view of the Margaritaville Fireworks was spectacular. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family of six.

Great Ozarks Getaway Location
Pelican Bay has easy access to multiple restaurants and our preferred cove (Linn Creek) to wakeboard and wakesurf. Property was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake.

Enjoyed the stay
Very nice relaxing stay with the wife. Very comfortable and clean stay. Location was great as well for a quick trip down to Ozark Amphitheater to see Willie.
