The hotel is just 2 mins walk from JR Tsukamoto station, one stop from Osaka station and has a FamilyMart downstairs, so it’s very conveniently located and easy to find. My single room has most of the basics covered, a wide comfy bed, bedside table and a small combined bathroom and toilet. The only missing things were a safe and sufficient charging points. There were really only 3 useful plugs to charge electronic devices, one was on the floor, the other on the TV concise and another at the bedside table, which had an alarm clock plugged into it. The staff spoke okay, but not extensive English, at least compared to other hotel staff I interacted with on this trip. So it helps to familiarise oneself with basics phrases, useful for any trip to Japan in general. Overall, good value, great location, but just ensure you are able to lock valuables in your suitcase and have a multi-port plug to charge multiple devices with a single socket.

Firstly, the location was really good! Just 1-2 min walk from the nearest Nagahoribashi station which is linked to Shinsaibashi station with the shopping streets and further down Dotonbori etc. Around us, there were many food options and convenience stores! The room was clean and not too small, with great amenities. Staffs were friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!
