Business Hotels in Osaka

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

5 minutes walk from nearest metro station, and next door is 7-11, very convenient! Room is true to size as shown in picture. Accidentally booked the smoking level, had to paid extra 9,000 yen to upgrade to non smoking floor. Level 1 has 3 coin laundry with washing and drying function but very hard to get an empty one as people are queuing to wash every hour. It was rather awkward too as after 1 hour wash and dry very likely the clothes are still wet but people are queuing behind so you cannot continue to dry it but to take all clothes out and dry in the room. Other than that it’s still a good one

Excellent service, location and people. The issue however was the beds and room. The compact twin beds were really hard with a pillow that had the same consistency as a brick. I've hurt my back after staying here for 2 nights. What a shame.

We booked standard room at the beginning, but the double bed is too small for us(my kid sleep with us). We asked for upgrade, staff arrange for us immediately and the price is reasonable. The new room is good if you will have 2 adults plus one kids. The bed almost double size compared to with the standard one. The only thing is you never have a chance to wash the cloths. One washing machine on each floor, it was occupied on every time we checked. Sometimes washing sometimes finished washing but no one pick up the clothes. Location is good for us because we dont like busy area. 10-15 walking distances from metro station. But we found some good restaurants nearby. Nice staff, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a good advance when we check out to airport.

Location quite good. Breakfast not very nice. Encounter minor earthquake, staff were patient to explain to us what to do. Enjoyed osaka overall for their takoyaki.

The location is convenient access to the public transport. It is next to the subway and near the Osaka station within 10 minutes of walking distance. Drugstore and Lawson are on the ground floor and surrounded by many good restaurants.

Overall the experience is good with this hotel . Service standard is good . House keeping standard is high as well . The only thing that I’m not satisfied is the bed . A bit soft as compared to most hotel .

Honestly didn’t believe when I read the reviews about the free drinks/food & massage chair. But they really have it when I came. Haha. I think they really thought about us when building the hotel. Got weighing machine at each floor too. It’s also near Shinsaibashi station & about 10mins walk to Glico man. Only downside for me is that they only have 2 lifts therefore need to wait a while during peak period. Staffs are friendly & the hotel design it nice. The daily room service was good too. 10/10 would come again!

Very good location where it is the transport hub that connects to many lines and can bring you to many places within Osaka. Fast check in and check out using the machines. Highly recommended. This is my second time staying here.
