Certainly don’t book this if you’re just traveling. This place is probably good if you are planning to stay in Japan for weeks on end. Just book a hotel room near the station, it’s basically the same price as this and with much better amenities and services. This should be a last resort kind of thing.

It's really a fantastic room compared with other hotel in Osaka. It's much wider than that with this pricing. Self check-in and check-out is very convenient for me. Thanks for the 4 nights and I'm really enjoy it. 5 star for sure.

The place is an apartment building. Pros are big spacious room, clean and silent building, however the place is 15 mins walk from bustling streets of Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. Recommended for family with kids or travellers picky on room space.

Highly recommend to book this apartment for your stay in Osaka.
Location is great, just 10min walk to Dotombori street
Apartment is big, with a small kitchen and washing machine, which was so great to have
Check in and check out is super easy 👌 the only thing, that they don't have cleaning every day, which was ok for us

Location is not the most convient about 10 mins away from the main shopping street of Shinshibashi.
But Leopard offer a spaceious room which makes up for the walk.
