Toyoko Inn Osaka Bentencho

This was my second time using this service! It's a little far from the station, but it's convenient because it's close to the exhibition venue.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Bentencho Station, and the entrance is along a main street, so it was easy to find. I used it for a Kyocera concert, and it was also about a 10-minute walk to the south exit of the Dome. I walked there alone after the concert, but the road wasn't too narrow, so I wasn't scared even at around 10pm. I was able to stay there after the concert without worrying about the train time, so it was relaxing. The place was clean and well-cleaned, and I was satisfied with the size of the single room, the size of the desk, the airflow of the hair dryer, and the clothes rack. I liked that the chair legs had casters, making it easy to move around. The bathtub was also surprisingly spacious. Disappointing points - I'm happy that breakfast is free, but it's simple (only rice balls/bread/soup/drinks?), there's no sign to guide you on how to get it, and the breakfast venue is the lobby, so it's a bit small - The humidifier in the room was broken, so I couldn't use it - The shower curtain was short (or the tension rod was too far away), so it would come out of the bathtub - I joined the club card when I checked in, and when I checked out, I was told to return my room card and complete the membership process (receive my membership card) at the front desk, but since it was different from the first staff member, they looked at me with a confused look on their face and didn't say anything like "I'll check it," which was unpleasant. I got the impression that there was a lack of handover between staff and employee training. It was even more disappointing because the first staff member was very friendly.

I stayed here for a live show at Kyocera Dome. It was great that it was so close to the dome. They were able to store my luggage before check-in, so I was able to go to the show light and easy. The breakfast was also great. I'd like to stay here again for another live show.

It was nice that there were several kinds of rice balls for breakfast. It was also nice that there were two types of soup to choose from, miso soup and soup. However, it was disappointing that there was no salad.
