THEY CHARGE ACCORDING TO HEADCOUNT. Booked a 2 twin bed room so normally it’s for 2 ppl. However, at the time we checked in, they charge us extra 4000 yen because they claimed the room we booked was for 1 person.
It was a pretty bad stay. The room was so small that there’s no room for baggages.

Hotel is a little bit far from Shinsaibashi station but still in walkable distance, but hotel located near another station which also quite convenient, the convenient store just opposite hotel.

The service was great and the location is great too. I stayed at a double bed room with my friend. The really concerning part is the size of the room, it was really small and we could barely open our luggages inside the room.
It’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind staying at a really crowded room at a very affordable price. Other than that, staff are really friendly and they speak English. The rooms are maintained tidy and clean!

I don't recommend this hotel because
- in the winter the hotel doesn't have air conditioners so u hv to open the window so in the night its loud
U can't sleep well
- room is very very small can't open the biggest luggage

Overall Hotel and Location is Great, BUT
Horrible Front Desk Receptionist Service!
To make things clear, this is my Second time Checking-in choosing to stay with this hotel after spending 2 Nights here a couple of days prior.
Upon arriving back to Check-in at 14:30 I was told that the Check-in time was 15:00 and I would need a Membership for early Check-in, therefore I was instructed by the Staff to wait patiently at the Hotel Lobby’s Sofa.
However, after me there were 2 different Group of Guests Checking in and they were offered “FREE MEMBERSHIP!!” by that very same staff to be eligible for early Check-in, while I was pointed to be sitting pointlessly waiting like a FOOL to check in at 15:00!!
I’m a Repeating Guest at this Hotel and IT’S A SHAME for the “BEST WESTERN BRAND” that they’re treating Loyal Repeating Guests with DOUBLE STANDARDS!! THIS IS RUDE AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

The hotel is right around the corner from a subway station exit so it’s very convenient to travel around the city. The room size is small but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. The staff were friendly and speak English. A 7-11 is right across the street if you need anything and there are some shops and restaurants very close. If the location is what you need I would recommend it and stay here again next time.
