交通：去機場也非常方便，一線直達；酒店B1左拐就是御堂筋線，貫穿了大阪主要購物區域，聯通心齋橋、梅田商圈，超級便利，不懼颳風下雨hhh～

Great hotel, nice view, good location and service. Finding the entrance can be abit hard from the subway, make sure you come out from exit 7-8 and not 1-4

地方還是挺好的，位置很不錯，就在天王寺的地鐵口這裏，出行都很方便，就是酒店大廳在b3，進出不太方便，酒店的樓層很高，視野很好

The hotel front desk staff is not helpful at all. When I told her that I don’t like the room layout (deluxe room type) and requested to downgrade our room the superior type, she only told us that the hotel was fully booked and no other choice for us and cannot help despite we were asking for downgrade only. The issue was only resolved when we escalated to her senior supervisor.
Finally, we got our room “downgraded” from deluxe to superior. I will never stay in this hotel anymore despite I am a Gold Elite member of Marriot Bonvoy. Service standard of Hilton is much much better as per my stay experience.
