The room was a good size, lots of available cupboard space for clothes and other storage. Very clean rooms. Bed was ok but no extra pillows available. Just 3 things let this place down. The name of the hotel is not on the building. It was confusing to find it because it just looks like an apartment block and the map location sent me to another place with the same name but it’s still under construction. The noise during the night and early hours is quite bad. Especially when the motorcycles go up and down the street revving their engines in a way that one can only call very stupid and unnecessary. No charging points near the bed and no USB charging. Apart from those small issues it’s a good place.

The apartment is gorgeous, in the center of Osaka, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, there is a washing machine, a kitchen, a large bed. In general, all the amenities, like in an apartment. I would stay forever
But! It was hard to check in without the Internet. Self-check-in system, you need to follow the link at a certain time and get a code. I had to run around Osaka to find Wi-Fi :(

The location and price are good, but there is no daily cleaning. If you need any cleaning, you need to make an appointment and pay in advance. Check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am are not very friendly. There is no place to put the suitcase. It is not very convenient to stay for a long trip. The most disappointing point of the whole trip.

After checking in, there was a *** next door, who kept kicking the wall, kicking at 5 am and kicking at midnight. The housekeeper told me that there was no way to solve it, and the other party was a long-term tenant, so the rest of us just paid for it! It's better not to stay in such a place, it's not safe, and the housekeeper doesn't want to think of a way to solve the problem!
Hygiene: It's not as clean as the hotel, so forget it, and the sanitation is not cleaned after staying for two nights

Everything is similar to the photos and reviews, good location (5 minutes walk from the subway), large space, complete facilities (kitchen, refrigerator, wet and dry separation, shower + bathtub)
The only problem was that I didn't receive the check-in code after booking, and I didn't know that there was no counter reception for self-service check-in. I had to borrow a phone from a nearby hotel and call Trip customer service to ask for assistance. Haoyuan customer service dealt with it immediately and tried their best to eliminate obstacles.
