We had received a warm reception by hotel staffs when check-in. A room with a nice ambiance also clean. Really enjoyed the staying there.

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable with modern design. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will book again when going to Osaka ☺️ Apart from the room, there are lots of board games in the lobby. The most attractive one is the football match machine. Great place to stay when travelling in osaka!

Not too shabby, very clean and modern and the wifi is fast. Never ate the breakfast because I woke up to late but other than that it was an excellent experience.

Location is in the middle btw Dotonbori and Umeda.
If you want to visit either places, either you have walk very long or take a taxi.
There was hair on the bed when I first got into the room.
And A coffee cup had stain on it.
