Very nice hotel, clean and spacious. We had the river view which was quite pretty. Nearest station is Temmabashi which is very well connected to Shin Osaka and other central stations, but the walk from the station to the hotel was slightly far at 8-10 mins.
Breakfast was solid, but we were seated quite far from the buffet area so may be worth asking for a closer seat. Staff were helpful and attentive. We were pretty happy with the gym and pool as well. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka.

The hotel facilities and breakfast is great but the location is not very convenient, especially when it is raining. Each station is at least nearly 1 km away from the hotel. Strongly recommend the hotel can arrange the coach for the transportation between the hotel and airport / main station (of course user paid the fee).
The room is big, compare to other hotels in Japan. Overall experience is good but will only come back when I would drive.

Warm friendly professional staff, modern facilities, and it is easy to get an Uber from in front of the hotel main entrance (which is hidden from the street). Good buffet too; be sure to try the ice cream machine. Keep in mind the reception is on the 6th floor; there is staff on the ground floor to greet you, then you take the elevator to the 6th floor to check in. Special thanks to Aoi (restaurant staff) for helping me to take a great picture.

Great location closing to the Osaka castle and Keihan Line if you would like to visit Kyoto. Additionally, the hotel is very new and clean. Overall, I will stay for the next time.
