We stayed as a group of four. The location was excellent — super convenient. The room had a washing machine, toaster, refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. It was very close to Namba, Dotonbori, and DenDen Town — all within walking distance.
A couple of small things to note: the space was a bit tight for four people, and would probably be more comfortable for two or three. There’s also a limitation on hot water usage (no more than 60 minutes continuously), but even with four of us, it wasn’t an issue.
Bonus: right next door is the best banh mi we’ve ever had!

Stayed here with some friends the location is about 20 minutes walking or less to dontonbori. But right next door to the anime gaming district in Osaka.
The beds were comfy and the place had a huge tv ^^

It is located 10 minutes walk from the stations of different metro lines, convenient. Check-in is via a tablet at the entrance, you can figure it out. There is an elevator. In front of the elevators there are sets of toothbrushes, combs and tea. The interior is pleasant, there are many storage places. There are no sockets by the bed and table, but there are extension cords. There is a vacuum cleaner, it is very helpful to maintain cleanliness without calling a cleaning service. There is a washing machine, but without a drying function. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water, because the instructions in English were not entirely correct. The support responds quickly. The apartment lacks a full-length mirror. The bathroom lacks a shelf for a towel and hooks to hang clothes while you take a shower and hang a wet towel after.

It's a 20-minute walk to Dotonbori, Denden Town, Kuromon Market, etc. I like walking, so it's a good place to go here and there. It's clean if you look at it roughly, but there's some dust in the corners. It's unmanned, and there was no cleaning for 4 nights and 5 days, and I only received towels once. When I make a phone call, they say I dialed the wrong number and it doesn't work, and emails don't go through right away, which is a bit frustrating. It's nice that there are dishes, a microwave, a washing machine, etc. like a pension. I cleaned up roughly and did the laundry and stayed there. The place I stayed was on the 6th floor, and there was an overpass next to it, so it was a bit noisy. But the kids said they slept well.

The facilities are clean and conveniently equipped. Most of them are equipped. The location is a 10-minute walk from Namba Station and 15 minutes from Dotonbori. It is within walking distance, but a little far. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable!!

It was clean, spacious, and the bed was soft and nice. There was a mart that was open until midnight 5 minutes away, and Namba and Dotonbori were about 15 minutes away. I had a great time.

It was a clean and cute room with a Japanese culture feel. The service was good and self-service was easy. The location was also good. There is a Family Mart nearby.
