Let's start with the good:
1. The location: The apartment is about 10 minutes from Shin-Imamiya station. Our apartment was on the 14th floor, with spectacular views of Osaka. Quite a quiet area. The Daikokucho subway station is also less than 10 minutes away on foot. Close to the Dotonbori and Shinsekai areas, you can walk there in about 20 minutes.
2. The price: we got 3 nights for about 100€.
3. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, comfortable beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, ... and a built-in closet where we could even leave our suitcases open. Oh! and a large balcony with views.
Now what we didn't like:
1. Finding the apartment the first time was a bit complicated, the name on the apartment's website doesn't match the one on the Trip.com reservation, and although they send you the specific name of the building by private message, on the website the name was only in Japanese, and it didn't match another sign that was in English on one side, which was quite confusing
2. The water in the shower didn't come out hot, even putting it on full blast, it only came out a little warm.
3. The bathroom extractor fan was very noisy, even to the point of being somewhat annoying.
4. The heat in the hallway and the elevator was unbearable, it's true that in general in Osaka it was very hot, but it's something they should fix.
In short, the apartment with its pluses and minuses, is functional and above all, at a good price and with a good location, it's worth it.
