Everyone who helped me at the counter was very polite. Thank you.
However, when I got to my room and went into the bathroom, there was no toilet paper flushed (probably from cleaning?),
and there was hair in the room, so there were some points of concern.
The location is close to the station and is fine for an overnight stay, but as other reviews have said, it is in a slightly dangerous place for a woman to go alone, so please be careful.

I stayed here for a business trip, but I was a little confused about the way from the station to the hotel. If I had known the surrounding area beforehand, I would have been able to head there with more peace of mind. It would be helpful if there were photos of the area around the hotel.

I think it's a good place to stay for a short time. However, the fatal flaw of this accommodation is that there is no space to spread out your suitcase. The location is right in front of the subway station that can take you directly to Namba and Umeda, so it's good that you can tour both places. However, you have to walk about 20 minutes to Don Quijote and a large shopping mall.
