優點：1、黑門市場的sasimi是我們吃過的最坑的一次，2杯啤酒、1杯橙汁+ 5片三文魚（切得比大拇指還要小）+三片紅色的魚片+一箇中號生蠔+3個沙蝦大小的蝦刺身，就240元。在民宿附近的菜市場買，400元可以吃那麼多，民宿內有刀、餐具、廚具，很方便；2、有洗衣機，洗衣服特別方便，有乾燥功能，免費；3、梳化床可以打開來，很結實舒服，很大，一家三口、四口都夠睡；4、給人一種在家裡的感覺，很現代化的設施，安靜、乾淨、舒適；5、附近有羅森、711，購物、吃飯都很方便。
不足：1、窗簾不遮光，6點多就被亮醒了，因為太累，還是可以斷斷續續睡到8:30；2、住4晚，到第三天想叫人清潔房間，但要額外付款清潔費，還好，房間有吸塵器，很好用，簡單吸一下掉落的頭髮等還是能解決問題，也不用外人打擾我們

除了進門時下水道味比較大，其他都還好（後面到了水在洗衣機下面的下水道，味道好些了，但一直沒完全去除）。入住的房間有一道門隔着，外面有涼台，所以沒啥味道。如果有一個人需要住沙發，要在入住之前和商家多要一套床單被罩，因為有多一套的被子枕頭但是沒罩子。我第一天晚上就衹能蓋浴巾。門口有羅森超市，離地鐵站近，鍋碗瓢盆齊全，有冰箱洗衣機微波爐，要是做飯很方便。還有一個小浴缸。總的來説還不錯。

很乾凈的民宿，所有設施一應俱全，周邊幾步路就是便利店和居民區，有挺多吃飯的居酒屋，還有商店街，離地鐵也很方便。
