The hotel is really nice, the room spacious and the lounge area lovely to hang out in. We particularly appreciated the complimentary bread and drink selection, and the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful 😊

The overall is good. Room is nice and clean. Bread breakfast time is crowded. Have to wait for croissants and waffles.

We have 2 family meeting on 19th and 23rd Jan which their lounge was excellent as the lounge is big and has several big tables
which is easy to accommodate people easily.
In addition, the hotel offers free drinks during our stay, which makes easy to entertain family and relatives.
Because most of the Osaka hotels has small rooms which we cannot have enough space to open the luggages for packing
arrangement. But the Hotel Relief's room is big, and we can open 2 big luggages for packing at the same time.
